Broccoli with Scallops & Carrot


  1. 1 Broccoli (cut into smaller florets)
  2. Canada Scallops (thaw, pat dry & slice half)
  3. 1 medium carrot (cut into your preferred shapes)
  4. 2 clove garlic (peel & smash/mince)
    Abalone sauce
  1. Add some oil and sea salt to boiling water.
  2. Blanch the broccoli, carrot first followed by scallops and set aside.
  3. Heat up pan with oil, add garlic & cook till slightly turning brown.
  4. Add in broccoli, carrot and scallops for a quick stir fry.
  5. Lastly, pour in some abalone sauce and mix in with a little water.
  6. Dish up and enjoy !
