Fruity Hayashi Beef Stew


  1. 1 chopped spring onion (white part)
  2. 1 chopped sweet potato
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1 chopped tomato
  5. Some chopped onions
  6. Some chopped nagaimo
  7. 300g of frozen beef cubes 
  8. 1 tsp of mushroom powder
  9. 1 tsp of @haruplate toasty times chunky apple jam
  10. 1 cube of toddler friendly hayashi cube
  11. Some chopped spring onions (optional for garnish)
  12. Some white sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  13. Some parmesan cheese (optional)
  1. Blanch beef cubes and rinse them.
  2. Add all ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Add the mushroom powder, apple jam and hayashi cube.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cook in slow cooker for at least 3 hours.
  6. Assemble and garnish if desired and serve.
