Japanese Grilled Salmon Steak


Serves 2

  1. 2 servings of salmon
  2. Japanese Shio Koji
  3. (optional) long beans
  4. (optional) Mala chilli oil
  1. Marinate 2 of the steaks in Japanese Shio Koji for 2 hours.


For salmon:

  1. Grill two servings of Grilled Salmon Steak at 210°C (about 14 minutes if using an electric oven)

For veggies:

  1. Stir-fried Long Beans in Mala Chilli Oil via stove-top cooking
