Kimchi Fried Rice


  1. Some chopped spring onions (white part)
  2. Some chopped onions
  3. 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  4. 3 cups of cooked rice
  5. 2 tbs of chopped kimchi
  6. Some kimchi juice (from the kimchi container)
  7. 1 tbs gochujang
  8. 1 tbs mushroom powder
  9. 300g of pork belly cubes
  10. Some toasted sesame oil
  11. Some Nori (optional for garnish)
  12. Some white sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
  1. Sautéed chopped garlic, onions, spring onions with a little oil.
  2. Add pork belly cubes to the pan and fry till cooked then set aside.
  3. Add rice to the pan. Add mushroom powder, gochujang, chopped kimchi and mix.
  4. Add the pork belly cubes back to the pan and pour the kimchi juice.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Turn the the heat off and add a very drops of toasted sesame oil.
    Garnish with Nori and white sesame seeds and serve.
