Boston Lobster Rolls

Serves 2

  1. 1 boston lobster.
  2. 1 tbsp of cooking sakae
  3. 1 tbsp of Japanese mayo (or more, according to your preference)
  4. ~2stalks of spring onions (chopped)
  5. Black pepper
  6. A squeeze of lemon juice
  7. Bread rolls
  1. Defrost frozen boston lobster.
  2. Pour 1tbsp of Sakae over the lobster (cooking sakae)
  3. Steam boston lobster for 6-7mins
  4. Drain and dab dry, cut the lobsters and removed the shell.
  5. Dab dry the lobster meat with kitchen towels.
  6. Chop the lobster meat to 2cm chunks.
  7. Mix in 1tbsp of Japanese mayo, spring onions (chopped about 2 stalks), some black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
    *You can put more mayo to your preference.
  8. Serve in bread rolls
