Honey Soy Drumlets


  1. 1 egg
  2. Thawed beef patty
  3. 1/2 tbsp of butter
  4. 10g of chopped shallots
  5. 30g of chopped shimeji mushrooms (other mushrooms work too!)
  6. 150ml of broth (preferably beef)
  7. 2 tsp black vinegar
  8. 1 tsp ketchup
  9. 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp pepper
  11. 1/2 tbsp of corn flour
  12. 1 tbsp of water
  13. Pinch of tsp salt
  14. 60g of cooked white rice
  15. 1/2 tsp of parsley flakes
  1. 1.Mix the marinade ingredients well
  2. Add drumlets in the mixture and pour everything into a ziplock bag.
  3. Mix well and leave it in the fridge to marinade for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat air fryer at 180deg.
  5. Air fry for 10-12min, turning the drumlets halfway. Serve immediately.
