Beef Burger / Burger O’ Clock

  1. 4 burger buns
  2. 1 packet of mushrooms (sliced)
  3. Onion (sliced)
  4. Red cabbage (shredded)
  5. Mayonnaise
  6. 2 sliced cheddar cheese
  7. 2 eggs
  1. Toast bun on pan
  2. Sauté mushrooms 1 packet
  3. Sauté onions till soft (Use oil instead of water to avoid burning onions)
  4. Mix shredded red cabbage with mayo
  5. Cook beef patty 2 mins on each side (you may add salt/ pepper for taste or leave as original taste)
  6. Sliced cheddar cheese on top of beef patty and let it melt before putting on burger (mid heat)
  7. Cook egg (sunny side up, overeasy)
  8. Serve and enjoy!
