Steamed Garlic Prawn

  1. Vannamei Prawns
  2. 1tsp mushroom powder
  3. 1tsp light soya sauce
  4. 1tsp sesame oil
  5. 1tsp fish sauce
  6. 1tbsp water
  7. Garlic and green onion
  1. Half-slice the prawns vertically along their bodies.
  2. Mix the mushroom powder, light soya sauce, water, fish sauce and sesame oil
  3. Drizzle the mixed sauce over the prawns.
  4. Put some minced garlic into the vertical openings of the prawns.
  5. Top with chopped green onions.
  6. Steam for 8 mins.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
