Beef Burrito Bowl


  1. 8” chia wraps
  2. Minced beef
  3. Garlic cloves
  4. Onion
  5. Taco seasonings
  6.  Lettuce
  7. Corn kernels
  8. Tomato
  9. Red onion
  10. Avocado
  11. Shredded cheese of your choice
  12. Red chili
  13. Coriander
  1. Grease ramekins with oil, spray wraps with oil and fold to fit ramekins to form a bowl.
  2. Bake at 180C for 5 mins.
  3. Set to sear/ sauté, sauté garlic and onion. Add minced beef and break up lumps, if any. Stir in taco seasonings. Set aside to cool completely.
  4. Fill baked burrito cups with lettuce cup, followed by cooked minced beef and the rest of the fillings.
  5. Serve and enjoy your beef burrito bowl!
