Beef Burrito


  1. Chia wraps
  2. Dried oregano
  3. Dried cumin
  4. Paprika
  5. Black pepper
  6. Cayenne pepper
  7. Sea salt
  8. Cooked basmati rice
  9. Lettuce
  10. Corn kernels
  11. Black beans
  12. Tomatoes (deseeded)
  13. Red onion
  14. Coriander
  15. Shredded cheese
  16. Minced beef
  17. Garlic
  18. Onion
  19. Tomato paste
  1. Cook minced beef with garlic, onion, tomato paste and little water. 
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Warm up burrito wraps on pan and wrap ingredients in them . 
  4. To eat immediately, serve and enjoy. To enjoy later, wrap burritos in foil and keep them in freezer safe containers. Once ready to eat, thaw for 24 hours in the fridge overnight and reheat in oven at 180C for 20 mins.
