Beef Meatball Pasta


  1. Minced beef
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Coriander
  5. Cumin
  6. Chili
  7. Chopped parsley
  8. Bread crumbs
  9. Himalayan pink sea salt
  10. Canned plum tomatoes
  11. Vegetable stock
  12. Cherry tomatoes
  13. Pasta
  1. Combine minced beef together with onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, chili, chopped parsley and bread crumbs and season with a little Himalayan pink sea salt.
  2. Bake meatballs at 220C for 20 mins.
  3. For the sauce, combine canned plum tomatoes, vegetable stock and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Combine with cooked pasta of your choice.
  5. Serve and enjoy your beef meatball pasta!
