Garlic Butter Squid


  1. 250g Frozen Flower Cut Squid (thawed)
  2. 50g Salted Butter
  3. 3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  4. 1 Wedge of Lemon
  5. Some Italian Herbs (optional)
  6. Some Parsley Flakes
  7. Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  1. Heat butter in a frying pan with the minced garlic.
  2. Add in the squid and cook till is fully cooked.
  3. Season with some sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Squeeze in lemon juice, add in italian herbs and parsley flakes.
  5. Serve and enjoy your garlic butter squid!
