Miso Garlic Beef Cubes


  1. Miso
  2. Garlic (smashed)
  3. Mirin
  4. Sake 
  5. A little sugar
  6. Salad option:
  7. Peppers,
  8. Tomatoes
  9. Cucumber
  10. Coriander
  11. Spring onion
  12. Garlic (smashed)
  13. Sesame-lime dressing 
  14. Salt
  15. Pepper
  1. Marinate the beef in miso, pressed garlic, mirin, sake, and a tiny bit of sugar.

  2. Pop into air fryer for 5–8 minutes at 200°C. 

  3. For salads, top beef cubes on top of a mix of  peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, spring onion and pressed garlic, with a sesame-lime dressing seasoned with salt and pepper.
