Stir Fry Miso Noodles with Prawn
- Angel Hair pasta
- 1tsp kombu powder
- 60ml anchovy stock
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- Sliced meat and minced meat
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- Boil pasta till almost cooked and remove.
- Prepare sauce using anchovy stock, miso paste, light soya sauce, sesame oil and water.
- Add in garlic, meat and half the sauce.
- Add in pasta, remaining sauce, spinach, dark soya sauce and prawns.
- Serve and enjoy your miso noodles with prawn!
