Broilied Lamb Chops with Garlic Basil Butter

Garlic Basil Butter:
  1. 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter
  2. 1 tbsp chopped basil
  3. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  4. 1 tsp mustard 
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
Lamb Chops:
  1. 6 pieces of lamb chop
  2. Salt
  3. Minced garlic
  4. Herbs
Garlic Basil Butter:
  1. Mix together 2 tbsp softened unsalted butter, 1 tbsp chopped basil, 1 tbsp minced garlic and 1 tsp mustard together.
  2. Add in 1/2 tsp salt and mix.
  3. Transfer the misture on a cling wrap and wrap it up into a log shape. Chill it or use it straight away.
Lamb Chops:
  1. Lay 6 pieces of lamb chops on a tray and season both sides of the chops with garlic powder and black pepper. Season with salt too if garlic powder is without salt.
  2. Top off with minced garlic and herbs
  3. Preheat oven for about 7 minutes.
  4. Broil lamb chops in oven 4-5 inches away from top heat source for around 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Top lamb chops off with Garlic Basil Butter while chops are still hot.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
