Ingredients
  1. 300g small prawns
  2. 10 quail eggs
  3. 3 red chillies
  4. 3 green chilies
  5. 5 shallots
  6. 4 cloves garlic
  7. 2 slices galangal
  8. 1 tsp pounded dried chilli
  9. 4 tbsp oil
  10. 100ml coconut  cream (Kara)
  11. 130 ml water
  12. 1/2 tsp salt
  13. 3/4 tsp sugar
Steps
  1. Shell & devein prawns.
  2. Hard boil quail eggs and peel.
  3. Slice chillies, shallot, garlic and galangal.
  4. Mix coconut cream with water.
  5. Add shallots, garlic and galangal. Stir fry on high heat.
  6. Add fresh chillies and prawns
  7. Lower heat to low to medium heat. Once prawns are half cooked, add in coconut water.
  8. Add in boiled quail, sugar and salt.
  9. Simmer while stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve with rice.
