Osechi Ryori with Boston Lobster

Serves 1

30 – 50 mins

Ingredients
  1. 1 Boston Lobster
  2. 2 tbsp of olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp of grated garlic
  4. 2 pinch of Black pepper
  5. A slab of butter
  6. 10ml of white wine
  7. (optional) Parsley
  8. (optional) Lemon 
Steps
  1. Defrost the Boston lobster.
  2. Devein and cut the lobster.
  3. Marinate it in olive oil, garlic and pepper for 20mins.
  4. Sear Lobster over heated pan for 5mins.
  5. Add a slab of butter for more flavour.
  6. Add a stash of white wine and let it sizzle.
  7. Serve with parlsey and lemon. (optional)
