
Ingredients
- 1.5 Litres Water
- 2 Corn
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Big Yellow Onion Chicken Bone (or Pork Ribs)
- 2 Honey Dates
- (Optional) Potatoes
- (Optional) Salt
Preparation
- Wash the meat clean
- Soak Honey Date
- Cut Corn
Steps
- Put in Corn to 1.5litres of boiling water for about 10mins
- Add in Chicken Bones and Honey Dates for about 10 mins
- Add in Onion and Tomatoes (and salt if required)
- Simmer for around 1.5-2hrs
